We strive to provide prompt, reliable and friendly service. We promise to provide the best products possible that fit the Lemon Blossom brand: Trusted, Safe and Practical, at the best market prices – let us know if you find the same product for less and we will do our best to match or even better that price.

We are constantly looking for products that will enhance your life as a parent and endeavor to make your online baby shopping experience simple and convenient. We understand online shopping is different to shopping in person, that’s why we will happily work with you under the terms of our 30 day Money Back Refund policy and our 60 day Gift Exchange policy to make it a satisfying shopping experience.*

We will always dispatch next working day. If you do have an order with some urgency, please call us and we will accommodate you as best as we can. We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any problems or delays in delivery. We will answer / return all e-mails / telephone calls as soon as possible on the same day or the next working day. We encourage your feedback and will respond promptly.

If you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, Email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

Please check your order email thoroughly. If there are any errors or changes please email us immediately. Please note that changes cannot be made once your order has been shipped.  Goods will be shipped with delivery documentation only, pricing and billing details will not be included.

Lemon Blossom cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses. If you are shipping to a Business, please include the Business name and floor if applicable. PO Box will not be accepted as a delivery address.

If you do not receive an Order Confirmation Email you may have entered an incorrect email address.

Please email us and we will correct the email address and send you a copy of your order and your order number.

Order Cancellations

All order cancellations must be emailed. Your order is considered current unless cancelled in writing (via email) by either the customer or Lemon Blossom. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.

Product Availability

Lemon Blossom product availability is updated daily however sometimes items do sell out between this time and when you have placed an order. If items are sold out or if there are any delays we will notify you as soon as possible.


All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST. Lemon Blossom reserves the right to change prices without notice. Orders that are shipped outside of Australia are GST exempt.

Refusal to supply services or products

Lemon Blossom reserves the right to cancel an order or an item from an order if we are unable to supply that item due to it being discontinued for any reason, or if that item has incurred a price increase that was unknown to us at the time of advertising. We may also refuse or discontinue supply or services of any products without notice to persons who are deemed to engage in conduct or activities that Lemon Blossom believes violates any of the afore-mentioned terms and conditions.
