Lemon Blossom Returns & Exchanges

 

In accordance with our service statement Lemon Blossom understands online shopping is different to shopping in person, that’s why we will happily work with you under the terms of our 30 day Money Back Refund policy or our 60 day Gift Exchange policy to make it a satisfying shopping experience.

 

30 day Money Back Policy

If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase we will cheerfully return/exchange the item/s provided, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • All items are returned within 30 days of receipt.  No exchange, credit or refund can be given after 30 days for change of mind or if you have made a wrong decision.
  • The product(s) must be as new, ie: unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and/or tags attached.
    Provided your items meet the above criteria, 
  1. Call 1300 97 87 82 or email info@lemonblossom.com.au with the following details at hand: Your Name, Invoice Number, Product Name, Reason for Return and Request for replacement, exchange, credit or refund.
  2. You will then be given a Return Authorisation Number (R.A.N.) to be written on the outside of the returned package.
  3. Post the product(s) to the following address: Lemon Blossom R.A.N. xxx, P O Box 3041, Moorabbin East, VIC 3189

Please note: Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless product is deemed faulty. Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given if the products received are used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or without original packaging and/or tags attached. These items will be returned to the customer with the customer responsible for any return shipping costs.

  • As Lemon Blossom cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in transit, it is suggested you send your return package by registered or express post.
  • If you have requested a refund, a credit will be issued via the same payment method used within 7 days of receipt of returned goods, provided the R.A.N. (Return Authorisation Number) is clearly marked on the package.
  • Please note that refunds, exchanges or credits cannot be given for special order or custom made items (unless deemed faulty).
  • If exchanging the item you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay for the difference.
  • We charge a minimum shipping charge when replacing goods (unless faulty, please read below).

Refunds will be processed using the original tender type. Credit Card refunds must be processed against the original card details; as we do not retain these, as soon as the goods have been received and approved for refund we will contact you to process this credit to you.

Exceptions to Returnable Products

Products offered on Sale are not returnable unless deemed faulty. This type of sale is considered final. From time to time some products may be offered at a discounted price due to slight damaged or a small fault, this will be detailed on the product page. These items are also not returnable and the sale is considered final.

Products Deemed Faulty

Lemon Blossom prides itself on quality control and checks all products to the best of its ability before sending them out.

If however you believe you have a product that is faulty, please  
Email us  or Call 1300 97 87 82 as soon as possible during business hours, with your purchase details and to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) (for internal tracking purposes). Often problems can be resolved immediately. In some cases you may be directed to the manufacturer’s service department or to email us a photograph of the damaged goods.

Refunds for Original Shipping Costs on Faulty Items - Original shipping costs will be refunded on products deemed faulty, but only if purchased within three months of being reported faulty. If you purchased more than one item in any single shipment, only the difference in costs of shipping the faulty item will be refunded. Shipping costs on items sent outside Australia are not refundable.

Note that Lemon Blossom makes no warranties or representations of any kind for the products being offered. Any warranties made are by the manufacturers themselves. Normal warranty periods apply and vary depending on the individual product.

 
Missing Item, Damaged in Transit or Dead on Arrival

Please ensure you open your parcel, check all items are included and are undamaged, and any electrical items or battery operated items are working and in good order on receipt. Claims for missing or damaged items cannot be accepted after 7 days of receipt. Electrical or battery operated items deemed 'dead on arrival' will be replaced with a new item but only if reported to us within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days we are restricted to the manufacturer’s warranty replacement or repair conditions.

Packages Damaged in Transit
Lemon Blossom takes great care when packaging your order and rarely have our packages been damaged in transit. In the unfortunate case that your order does get damaged please
Email us with a description of the damage and, if possible a photograph of the damaged goods.  Also please note the following: Your Name, Invoice Number, Product(s) Name, Delivery address confirmation.

  • Deliveries within Australia  We consider any damage or loss of goods on a case-by-case basis however most packages are covered by Lemon Blossom, provided you have not asked for a package to be left at a premises without obtaining a signature by our driver.
  • International deliveries All our international parcels are insured.  In the unfortunate case that your order does get damaged please Email us  with a description of the damage and, if possible a photograph of the damaged goods.

 

60 day Gift Exchange Policy

We’re all about making your first year with baby as pleasurable as possible.  If you are in any way unhappy with a gift you received, which came with a gift exchange card from us, then we will happily exchange the item/s provided they meet the following conditions:

  • You have a Gift Exchange Card with your exclusive G.E.C. number.
  • All items are returned within 60 days of receipt. 
  • The product(s) must be as new, ie: unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and/or tags attached.
  • No refund can be given with a Gift Exchange Card. 
    Provided your items meet the above criteria,
